Let me explain. I believe they say they wont charge you. You do have the option to cancel the subscription during the free trial which will switch off auto renew, but how many people know this?
It's on the packaging, it appears when you enter the pass and it's included in the email they send you. Its a complete scam. I realized in June that I am charged for the service that I never used for last 6 months.
I talked to some Now TV agent on the chat and he assured me that my account is cancelled now. And again i realized now that they were still deducting 9. Its a complete scam where they do not send any email communication as payment receipt so that customer doesnt get alarmed and take remedial action.
Anonymous User if you had a chat with the Now online team, a record of that should be on your account. I would go on to chat and ask them to look back at your records. Contact Us As for payment notification, it is something I agree that could be considered- maybe as an opt in option as not everyone will want an email every month telling them they have paid.

Just had a 6 month voucher code rejected. Chat support claims it was redeemed Jan ' Well I bought it June '17, go figure? Unresolved and out of pocket. What more can I say? According to the 'Sales of Goods Act' if you have a faulty product your first port of call to get your issue resolved is with the 'vendor'! Well done. Unfortunately, NOWTV don't seem to think that it's important to highlight these conditions when making a purchase. The adverts are boldly there to impress.

So I looked there. Please examine it carefully and decide whether you are sufficiently diligent and paranoid to read the small print. I suggest that thousands of people won't read the small print or notice what they are letting themselves in for.
But you don't need to answer that because someone will answer it for you. If you can't comply with honest practice within the next few weeks, your post might be used to prove that NowTV know exactly what they are doing.
I bought online and think this was not at all clear. In my case a "month pass" clearly sounds like a one off month purchase. The emails they send could be much clearer.

This effects advice. What you can do is get your payment details removed by chat as they appear on your account.
